公司成立于1998年，是一家专注于五金模具设计、制造、冲压焊接及工程机械开发为一体的高新技术企业，现已获得多项技术专利。工厂座落于深圳松岗，占地面积15000多平方米。拥有630吨-1600吨冲压设备四台，大型加工设备30余台及三次元等精密测量仪器。经过多年技术积累和加工实践，掌握了汽车模具设计、制造、冲压焊接等核心技术，根据客户的标准与要求，使用专业设计软件及ERP管理系统，为客户提供优质的产品和服务。 主要范围：钢板连续模、钢板多工位模、铸件工程模、铸件多工位模、铸件连续模及自动化流水线等。 终端客户：本田、丰田、大众、福特、奔驰、宝马、吉利、日产、长城、比亚迪、富士康、优尼。 Established in 1998, Weibo Technology Master (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd (Weibo called in short) as a high-tech enterprise, specialized in designing and building the metal stamping tools & dies, stamping welding and engineering machinery development, serviced for automotive and aerospace industries.  We also have obtained a number of technical patents. The plant is located in Songgang town, Shenzhen City. Covering an area of over 15,000 square meters, equipped with big machines over 30sets and CMM measuring etc., and have 4 sets tryout presses from 630 tons to 1600 tons.  After years of technical build up and processing practice, we have acquired knowledge of the core technologies of automotive tooling design, manufacturing, stamping and welding etc. According to customer’s standards and requirements, we used professional design software and ERP management system to provide customers with high-quality products and services. Our main scope: Steel and Cast dies, including progressive tool, transfer tool and tandem die, also automated production line.
